Important Changes: UKTA Events and Licensing via JustGo

📢 IMPORTANT UPDATE: UKTA Licensing & Event System – JustGo

Firstly, thank you for your patience! As mentioned previously, some important changes to how we manage UKTA licences and events are now live.

🔄 What’s changing?
We are now using a new platform called JustGo, introduced by the UKTA (United Kingdom Taekwon-Do Association). This platform will now be used to manage:
✔️ UKTA Licences
✔️ Gradings
✔️ Seminars & Events

🛠️ Important Note:
JustGo is the official platform of the UKTA. While we help manage your account and provide guidance, the platform itself is not owned or fully controlled by us. Notifications and some system behaviour come directly from JustGo or the UKTA.

💡 Key Points to Know:

  • JustGo is not replacing GoCardless. We will continue using GoCardless for monthly membership fees.
  • All UKTA licence purchases, renewals, and event fees (e.g. gradings and seminars) will now go through JustGo.
  • The platform supports automatic renewal options and sends reminder emails before your licence expires.

🆕 For new students:
We will usually create your JustGo account on your behalf. However, if you haven’t received login details, you can also create your own account at https://uktaekwondo.justgo.com and add NEST TKD as your club. Towards the end of your free trial, you’ll be required to purchase a UKTA licence to continue training. Please ensure that you have also completed the GoCardless signup for school membership fees.

👥 For current students:
You already have an account. Please log in, check your personal details, and ensure your UKTA licence is active. JustGo also supports family accounts, so you can manage multiple students under one login.

🗓 Renewals & Events:

  • Licence renewals are available around 1 month before expiry.
  • You’ll receive automated emails from JustGo when it’s time to renew.
  • We’ll share event links (e.g. gradings/seminars) well in advance — these must now be booked via JustGo.

📌 What you need to do now:

  1. Go to https://uktaekwondo.justgo.com
  2. If you’re a current student, click “Forgot Password” and use the email you registered with us or your existing UKTA license
  3. If you’re new, create an account and add NEST TKD as your club
  4. Check and update your personal details
  5. Make sure your UKTA licence is active (or purchase one if required)
  6. Keep an eye out for emails about renewals and upcoming events
